Academic tuition is presented as an annual number for the academic year. Parents are welcome to pay that in 10 equal payments, each month of the academic school year.
- Drop-off for the academic day is between 8:00 – 8:30 am
- Pickup for the academic day is between 3:30 – 4:00 pm
Please enroll your child(ren) in Extended AM/PM or Full Extended Day so that they can extend their time with us outside of the academic period.
A 10% sibling discount is applied to the lower tuition when enrolling multiple children.
Annual, up-front tuition payments are due by July 31st to receive the 4% tuition discount, which includes extended day fees.

Families who repeatedly pick their child(ren) up beyond their enrolled pickup time will be invoiced for $5 per minute late fee beyond their pickup time. This is not to create additional revenue, but instead to enforce pickup times for the team members impacted. Our staffing model is carefully planned to maximize ratios in favor of the classroom environment and is based on enrollment in and outside of the academic hours.
We will always understand extenuating circumstances, such as unavoidable traffic events, that impact many families at once.
Registration for 2024-2025 Academic Year
School in the Hills requires a registration fee for all students remaining at School in the Hills for the following academic year. This fee will be invoiced on March 1st and due March 15th.
