The School in the Hills buses pick children up from River Place Elementary, Laura Bush Elementary, Steiner Ranch Elementary, Grandview Hills Elementary and River Place Elementary. Upon return to School in the Hills, the children enjoy a community snack.
Leadership children have thirty minutes to get a head start on their homework with the help of a teacher. Children without homework are given activity choices such as math facts, handwriting practice, or silent reading.
The leadership children have a thirty minute outside time for free play, which encourages children to stretch their muscles, climb, and engage in the imaginative play that is such an essential part of childhood.
After returning from the playground, our leadership children enjoy organized activities such as arts and crafts, group games, free work.
